CHRISTIES BAKERY
Authentic tradition. Modern craft.
Inspired by European styles of baking and techniques picked up from travel, siblings Blair and Tracey Muzzolini have established an approach that blends traditional methods with new techniques to offer Saskatoon artisan sourdough breads, beautifully crafted Italian pastries, high-quality European baking, sandwiches, handcrafted coffees, and wood-fired Napoletana-style pizza.
Originally opened by the Christie Brothers in 1932, Christies Bakery was purchased from the brothers in 1965 by Ennio and Janet Muzzolini, who started a family tradition of baking bread that has spanned six decades and two generations. In the early 2000’s, siblings Blair and Tracey Muzzolini took over the family bakery from their parents.
