Official Rules & Regulations: 33rd Street Shopping Spree Draw

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The "33rd Street Shopping Spree Draw" (the "Contest") takes place on Friday, December 5, 2025 between the hours of 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM CST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Saskatchewan who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and board members of the 33rd Street Business Improvement District (BID), as well as owners and staff of member businesses in the 33rd Street BID, are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
No Purchase Necessary. To enter the Contest, visit any of the participating 33rd Street BID businesses during the Contest Period.

• Request an entry ballot from the staff.
• Clearly print your name, phone number, and email address on the ballot.
• Deposit the ballot in the designated ballot box at the location.
• Multiple Entries: You may enter once per visit at each participating location. Visiting multiple locations allows for multiple entries.

4. PRIZE
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a "33rd Street Shopping Spree."

• The prize consists of: $750 in Gift Certificates to 33rd Street businesses.
• The Prize must be accepted as awarded, there are no substitutions, and is not transferable or convertible to cash.

5. WINNER SELECTION

• A random draw will be conducted on Friday, December 12, 2025 from all eligible ballots received.
• The selected entrant will be contacted by Phone and/or Email within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 5 days, or fails to claim the prize, a new winner will be drawn.

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Liability: The 33rd Street BID is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.
• Privacy: By entering this contest, you consent to the collection of your personal information for the sole purpose of administering this contest. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• Right to Cancel: The 33rd Street BID reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest.
