MEET OUR TEAM
Judy DenhamJudy is a long time business owner in the 33rd Street Business Improvement District and owns and operates The Flag Shop. She is a community advocate with deep roots in the neighbourhood.

Trent LoewenTrent is chef and owner of Scratch Provisions, a specialty grocery store that provides a variety of artisanal handcrafted savoury pies, as well as fresh pasta & sauces, hearty soups, stocks, salads, slaws, and more.

Tracey MuzzoliniTracey is a third generation baker with Christies Bakery, a family run business that recently celebrated its 90th year in operation.

Nicola Tabb
Nicola is the Guv'ner of Better Off Duds, Saskatoon's longest running vintage clothing shop. Nicola and her team strive to provide a wide variety of sizes in their well-curated storefront, with a strong focus on one-of-a-kind stagewear and western duds.

Kaelee Corcoran
Kaelee is the owner and curator of Studio 1929, a newer addition to the BID, which opened its doors in May 2024. Studio 1929 was born out of a passion for vintage objects, the honouring of their history, and a desire in helping them to find new homes where they can be enjoyed and loved.

Senos Timon
Elected as Saskatoon City Councillor in 2024, Senos represents nine diverse neighbourhoods that make up Ward 2. His work prioritizes good governance, neighbourhood safety, and ensuring resources are accessible and reflective of the diverse needs of the community. He is committed to building safer, stronger neighbourhoods where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

Raeanne Van BeekThe Executive Director of the 33rd Street Business Improvement District, Raeanne is passionate about promoting and supporting local business and business owners. She believes it is an exciting time to discover 33rd Street and there is a lot of opportunity here. She is a long-time resident of the area, raising her family in Caswell Hill.
